Abq January Meeting

Happy New Year Mos Alba! The first meeting of 2007 will be on January 21st, 2pm, at the Coronado Mall food court. Since it is January, it is once again time for the annual election of Mos Alba officers. This is truly a special time for us, as the weeks of mudslinging and backstabbing leading up to the elections really demonstrate what a great family Mos Alba is. For those who may be unfamiliar, here is a list of the officer positions in the group, and the people who currently hold them:

Chapter Representative: Brian (LetoQuorme)
Co-CR: Aaron (SithLordAaron)
501st Liaison: Joseph (bloodclaws65)
Rebel Legion Liaison: James (JaceMardu)
Member Advocate: Sean (Hairlesswookiee)
Historian: Jenna (fathom33)

Nominations for the positions will be taken at the meeting, so it is important that as many people show up as can. Any active member can nominate another member (or his- or herself) for any of the positions. All current officers have the option of running for reelection, and should announce whether or not they plan to do so at the meeting. All accepted nominations will then be collected, and an online poll here in the forums will run the week following the meeting to determine your 2007 Mos Alba officers.

So, to sum up: meeting, 1/21/07, 2pm, Coronado Mall food court, where we will have officer nominations. See you there!
