Yes and we suck. I think out of 5 matches my kill score is a total of 3. Need more pratice we do.

I got kills, but I died or killed my own players and got mad negative scores. lol!

I'm currently hung over. It's 11am Wednesday morning. Life is good. I'm gonna go get a curry (Butter Chicken with garlic naan bread) and maybe a Wendys Spicy chicken fillet burger... mmmmm hangover cure food.

Well it looks like big battles are out for me until the new PC, unless I can figure out how to get the game to run better b4 then. Dogfighting seems to be pretty good though. Another fun night of flying, though my hand is a bit cramped.

It's been quiet on the modding front recently, but DTM has just released his latest OPT for the Clone Wars shipset project: the Ecliptic-class Frigate. Better known as the Rand Ecliptic, it was designed to escort the Acclamator Troop Transports during the Clone Wars. The OPT comes with flight group colors for the CW. Screenies can be found here, and you may download it now at MTD Industries.

 

It looks very crisp but is that how it will look in-game?

 

It should look about as good as most of the XWA Upgrade models in-game, SFL.

I don't know how the look in-game, hence my question. Are you saying it wont look as those pictures do or yes it will?

 

...which is very good, SFL. Certainly better than the original TG models.

3D rendering programs will be limited by the model's face (polygon) count and texture resolution, so consider any external 3D render of a game model at least very close to how it will look in-game.

 

Um, what happened to the XWAUP site? It's down, and has been for a while. Unfortunately, there are some opts that can only be downloaded there...

 

My best guess about the XWAUP site is that Forceflow, the webmaster there, is on vacation and doesn't know about the site's problems yet.

 

As I suspected, Forceflow, the admin of the XWA Upgrade Project site, was on vacation...in Hong Kong. Forceflow told General Trageton that he would return to Germany (his home) on Sunday and that he would look @ the server problem as soon as he could.
