JCC Arena NFL Fantasy Football 09-10 - Match ups!

    League Meeting

    The NFL season begins Thursday, Sept 10.
    Just 9 days away. I want to give everyone fair time to set their rosters and pick up free agents to fill rosters.
    I think this should be our last round of drafting. With the holiday weekend approaching I know many won't be available.
    I would rather not wait until Tuesday to open up the league for free agency.

    Thoughts?

    Will we get a warning on when FA starts or will it be luck of the draw as to when you see the 'FA is open' post in the thread?

    eh, it's fine with me i guess. i'll be gone from thursday through monday so wouldn't be able to draft anyway. unfortunately i have a feeling that free agents will be pretty slim pickings when i get back.

    At this point, we've all got the bulk of our teams set. Most of us are either looking for kickers and defenses, or digging for sleepers. I don't think it's too big of a deal to leave the rest up to free agency.

    I'd say that we should go to Free Agency and fill the rest of our teams that way. It'll be somewhat chaotic, but it'll fill out our teams.

    If we could get the last three spots of this round picked, we could probably start free agency in the morning, and that would give Tom some time to draft tomorrow, or we could just set it for next Tuesday. If we waited that long though, it seems like we could probably get the 11th round in.
