I went to bed very very early last night. Not only was a tired, but I started on my no smoking quest last evening. I awoke this morning with a headache...very rare happening for me. Took some pain medicine and went back to sleep. If I have to sleep all weekend during the physical nicotine withdrawal process..............well, then I will. Wish me success!!!

Went well, as far as not smoking. Was tough tough tough at times, but it has been over 24 hours since I smoked.

Thanks for the support, everyone. Support and encouragement from family is one of the crucial elements in beating this.

Update: 48 hours now.....physical withdrawal is tough. Been kinda jittery today. Good news: I have exercised several times today.

 

Oh...I thought you meant like The Smurfs or something...you mean ADULT cartoons. That's not as much fun. (Although the Simpsons are pretty great...yellow doodle and all...can you tell that was my fav?)

yeah I'm a simpsons addict, I have trouble ignoring it whenever it comes on regardless of how many times I've seen the episode.
