Jedi Academy problem

I just bought JA, and after i installed it, the single player mode doesnt work.. it wont launch at all. But the multi play mode does work. I took it back and got a whole new game, and same thing happens.

Could someone please help me out here...

1) Do you get an error message on a blue screen of death?

If so, you need a file Lucasarts gives you. Not likely if you bought another game. I can send it to you maybe if you need it.

2) If it just doesn't work, it is due to an anti-piracy issue. Only fix I've heard is to download a no-cd cheat. Technically its "warez" and illegal or something or other, but the only fix for it as of a week ago when I had the problem sorta (my problem was #1 though. Yay Lucasarts for helping me)

If neither of these works, email Lucasarts, and refer to you readme guide, etc.
