Jedi are hunted down by Bounty Hunters and the Rebel Alliance is born

What I would like to see is a show about the hunting of the Jedi by the bounty hunters. Every week could feature a different bounty hunter tracking a Jedi to kill him or her. They won't show the deaths directly, but the viewer will know. Meanwhile, an alternative plotline will feature both the birth of the rebellion and the tightening grip of the Empire over the galaxy. No kiddie stuff, no ewoks.
