Buff, NY JEDI Conference and Location Filming

The Bison's Film Crew would like to do the remainder of the filming on:
JUNE 7th, 2015.

Sequences to be shot, not necessarily in this order:

VIDEO 4
JEDI Conference Room Sequence, where we will need:
All Jedi characters named in the script, and any extra background characters (pilots, wookiees, and good-guy / rebel character).
This is to be shot at RICH PRODUCTS, in a conference room different from the one previously used.
We probably need to shoot this first or early in the day.

LIVE SHOW Video 4
INTERIOR JEDI SHUTTLE Cockpit
Same location as Conference room, possibly redressed or from different angle.
Characters needed:
My'ko, Telsh, Kenobi

Exterior Locations / Jedi Forces landing on Serrano.
There are 3 different locations:
LIVE SHOW Video 2
Side of REGAL THEATERS on Elmwood Avenue facing CH 4 Studios antenna arrays.
Characters needed:
Telsh, 2 armored characters (Mondos or troopers), Bison's mascots (Chip, Buster, Celery, maybe more).

LIVE SHOW VIDEO 5
SUNY Buffalo Rensch Loop metal sculpture
Characters needed:
My'ko, Kenobi, Telsh, assorted Jedi, mascots (Buster, Chip and Celery), same 2 armor as LS Video 2.

LIVE SHOW Video 8
Fallen Tree on North Forest Rd near Wineburg Campus.
Characters needed:
Telsh, mascots, 1 or 2 young Sith.

I will be available all day as needed.

 

Has a time been set yet? Only reason is we are coming home from Niagara Falls that morning and it would help to know when I would need to be there.

 

Will that be before or after pilot filming which is at 530pm-?

 

Are the Bisons providing the actors for the mascots? If not I would be available to help, providing this is before pilot filming.

 

Given that Gil is in the council room scene, and he works until 5:00 PM that day, either the council scene needs to be filmed at Rich's around 6:00 PM and cockpit shooting bumped back to 8:00 PM or perhaps if the council scene could be filmed at CCF then cockpit shooting could happen by 7:00?

 

Since I am working until 5pm on the 7th, and will probably have to work the next day, I am wondering if this can be done on another day when I'm not working.

If not, I'll have to make due with the 7th.

 

The filming dates are given to us by the Bisons and they want to finish with filming on the 7th. I'm guessing if an earlier date was possible it would've been offered. And, later than the 7th is giving the Bisons closer and closer to a month or less to post produce the videos when they felt two months was barely enough time last year. Just saying.

 

It is possible to include Gil without having him physically in the conference room - his part of the dialogue will be filmed when he's shooting his green screen with the other pilots, and used as a communication in the conference room on a monitor or Jedi communicator.

We will need to supply mascot actors.

We want to shoot the exteriors early in the morning (not stupid o'clock but early), then probably Rich Products, then to the stadium for newly considered Jedi-Sith Dueling pairs and montage shots (discussed in a new thread)

 

Re: Gil - Cool! If we are going this route, could we show him in his SDUs with beret? And, since he could be a green screen shot, how about have him a on view screen appearing to be in an X-wing hangar on a cruiser for his background?

 

I'm available on the 7th all day as needed.

I am available for the Jedi conference room scene early on Sunday. I'm assuming I would be needed as a pilot in SDU but let me know if you have more than enough people already or if you would like me to to costume as a jedi or twi'lek.

I expect to be available. HOWEVER, my nephew is being christened this day. This may throw a wrench into things depending on time and if I'm needed to be there or not. That is still up in the air...

 

This is going to be the last day for filming, so please make the effort to be available.

 

I am available that day, however I did have a prior family commitment scheduled in advance a few weeks ago for 4pm. I will tell my (extended) family that I can arrive later if need be. Not to sound too whiney, but any chance My'ko sequences could be shot towards the beginning? If not, then I'll make do.

Is it okay to assume that actual filming would start an hour after call time?

 

The boys will be ready to rock and roll by 7am.

Where exactly is the 7am filming location? I'm not familiar with wherever that is.

 

Pending answer from Anthony, filming will be later than originally posted on the thread.
All timing indicated are approximate, because we may be faster at each location, or need more time to set up.
Hopefully will nail things down today (Wednesday).

 

The 1st location which will probably now be closer to 9:00 AM is 2640 North Forest Road (white parking lot sign for the Jewish Community Center). We are filming across the street in front of a downed tree.
