Provo Jedi Knight II:Outcast

Hey is anyone else out there excited for this game? Its going gold this week... Maybe we should network a bunch of computers and fight each other for an activity? Heh, heh.

Well Renegade and Handyman, you just better be glad that I will not be here to challenge you guys. Just give me a bowcaster and you are all dead, hopefully if you have a dedicated server you can post the information on this forum and if I have internet capabilities over where I am going I will be able to play in my free time, man, while everyone else is drinking I can play Outcast. But that is a big if.

P.S. Greatly bummed about not getting it already pre-ordered the game and all, Couple of weeks ago I even bought a brand new video card and more RAM to run it better. Who knows maybe the army has a secret weapon out that is a lightsaber

For anyone who is interested, I will be providing a multiplayer server starting Monday, April 1, 2002. This ain't no joke and I for one won't be foolin' around!

The server will be password based so you'll need to post here if you're interested so I can PM you the password.

I will have regularly scheduled matches and if anyone's interested we could form a clan.

Handyman, I am interested I will be able to play a little bit but not to much for a few weeks. I called the unit I will be in and I will be able to have access to computers while in training so looks like my 'puter is going for a ride. They said they only have 56K modems though but oh well I can still play.

I got a secret for y'all- my GIRLFRIEND pre-ordered this game for me so I'm gonna be kickin' it, next Friday with BELLS ON and my cute little blue lapel pin, too.

I'll be in Oregon a week from today. Fortunately my laptop has a Geforce 2 video card in it so I'll be playing that day too.

The server is coming on Monday, April 1. Be ready!

If you haven't seen the announcement, the dedicated server binaries have been released for Linux!!

I already have them installed and ready to go. If anyone is around, I may start up a server over the weekend. I will be on the road but will have access to a broadband connection.

Well, normally, I couldn't afford it.
But, I seem to have stumbled across 46 dollars lying on the ground yesterday. We'll see what happens

I have a dedicated sever ready. I just need to switch it on. I don't think I'll have time to get this going until after the premiere on Thurday. I'm trying to finish up my Jango suit.

I really love Outcast too. Definitely the best Star Wars game yet!

It is very fun.
But I think I should have put it on one difficulty harder... the duels were way too easy. Desann only nicked me twice.

Just put on speed, have your lightsaber on blue stance, and cut 'em up!

Hey people in Provo, just stumbled across this thread and wanted to let you know that we have two dedicated servers down here in the Twin Sun Syndicate {TSS} a.k.a. Henderson Fan Force. We have FFA & Dueling servers up and running this very second!!

If any one is interested, pm me to get the ip's. The {TSS} clan is always looking for some friendly competition!!

We also have LAN Parties twice a month or so, if anyone ever makes it to Vegas.


Oh, if it seems a little weird that i would post somthing here, no worries i grew up in Provo. I just check this thread sometimes to see if anything has changed.
