I suppose a bit of energy redirection would fit in quite well with the Jedi ethos. You know, all that use there own strength against them stuff.

 

Hmm Maybe Yoda ,takes upon the pain of Anakin and,Obi-wan while there trapped under the crane thingy.Hmm maybe not.But it does sound like a cool power.He has the power to absorb?Yeh just like in "JK"Force Absorb.Hehe cool trick..

I think it's pretty safe to assume that Yoda won't absorb anyone's pain. Bishop's powers are quite specific: he absorbs energy and redirects it; this generally manifests as Bishop gets shot with a plasma bolt, Bishop redirects said plasma bolt back at his attacker/s.
Now, lets think SW for a moment. It's worth noting that Jedi pull a similar stunt every time they deflect a blaster bolt. What SI is suggesting is simply a logical extension of this.

I'm coming round to the idea.

 

Oh yea.I see now.Remeber Vader in ESB.He used some type of redirect thing at Han.Maybe yoda can do this as well.Or in a different manor.

 

SI, just clear this up. Are we gonna see Yoda do something else besides the taking care of Tyranus/Lifting the crane off of Anakin and Obi-wan thing. IS there gonna be another scene with him doing something cool?

I really don't want to watch Yoda fight someone. I hope he shows that he is the man by using the force to bring an end to a conflict, instead of using a lightsabre.

 

Blur? His force power has something to do with Blur?

He can blur himself? Blur the enemy's thoughts? Blur the thin line between stupid and clever?

Or does he make the enemy feel Heavy Metal? He checks heads with Jumbo Jets? He makes you feel Pins and Needles?

Well, in the blur video, the guys are flying against the walls and stuff. So that's what Yoda is doing. He is ridirecting blaster shots into force energy and pusing his opponents into walls.

Okay that sounds really ridiculous!

ahem - Bishop? Comic, or did anybody else think of the android in ALIENS. Remember Bishop's knife trick? Maybe Yoda moves ultra-fast or something. Or it could be the comic character absorption thing. I dunno.

In all seriousness if it is something like he can move so fast he's a blur, like the Bishop android, that's nothing new. We saw Qui-Gonn and Obi-Wan do that in TPM.

I'm still hoping for Force Feel Heavy Metal. I can just imagine Yoda dressed in spandex playing some air guitar solos on his Gimer Stick while doing David Lee Roth type splits and twirls.

Yeah, PCP doesn't really get the positive portrayal it so richly deserves. Considering all the good it's done for people over the years, it's a shame it's blacklisted by the media. I bet more dumb kids fall to their deaths after watching Peter Pan on tv and thinking they can fly if they believe hard enough than the ones hopped up on Angel Dust.

I just want know one thing. Is Yoda ever called the "Master of Disaster" at any point in the next episode? Because that would definitely sell more action figures.

Yeah, Im definitely getting a feel for this Force Feel Heavy Metal thing. I was kind of resistant to it at first because Yoda's so old but, now that I've opened my mind a little, I guess he can rock out with the best of them.
