All the sounds are there in mp3 format.

I downloaded a mod for SP but I don't know how you get it to work!


Anyone know?

 

The readme file in the mod will have installation instructions.

 

maybe its a dumb question...but can you download skins or levels or anything for the xbox on xbox live? sorry, im a newbie.

 

I don't think the game has xbox live support, so I don't think you can DL mods for the xbox.

Yeah Jedi Outcast does not include X-Box Live, unless you mod your X-Box. But that's illegal and will cost you some money just to do it.

Human sized I suppose, but if you use any number of mods, such as 'Jedimod' it can be scaled (as they've done for Yoda) appropriately.

So Hindy made the model and you made the texture, great team.

As for me, no I haven't been making anything for JO. I may try to start again. But I haven't touched JO since last year. One thing I really want to know how to do is paint faces and color hair correctly. That is my main weakness. Clothing I'm alright with but skin tones and facial features I can't seem to get it right.

 

Use a photo, distort it to fit over the key points (eyes, nose, mouth) of the default face texture (usually you have to stretch the x axis more than the y). Then use blur and new layers to airbrush all the big pixels out of existence.

That's my usual technique.

For my Anakin Solo, I got a photo of Harrison Ford, then blended Carrie Fisher's eyes & lips over the top, and blurred & airbrushed until it didn't even look like a photo base any more.




Oh, and as photos usually have some sort of shadow, I only use 1/2 the photo (the least shadowed) and mirror it for the base layer.

Up close those eyes look creepy. But far off they look like it's part of the skin.
