A couple of questions...

I got the KaminoX level from Massassi. I put it in the correct folder but it doesn't show up in the multiplayer map list. I know I did it right because I put the Carbon freeze level in too and it did that one fine.

Also, I'm on a 56k modem, is there any reason why I'm having alot of trouble getting on JediknightII.net pages from the links in this thread? Is it designed for broadband or something? Also, when I can get to the page most of the files themselves aren't there, how long do they keep them posted for? Eg. Ki Adi Mundi - filesize 0kb. It even says that before you try and d/l it.

And while I'm on the whinge, does anyone know of any Single Player Ep2 mods/levels? I've got the battledroids mod and I think it's fantastic. Only Massassi doesn't really cater for SP, and Command Chamber doesn't seem to have anything for JO.

Dled it. Haven't tried it (was tryin out the Jetpack mod and the Gadderrfi mod that came with the Tusken skin ..fun) but the pics of the skins had shiny eyes...

 

Can anyone tell me why when I use the the Demo Map (Alzoc III or something like that?) It stops half way through and say "Can't Find Weapon-1"? I really want to finish this level, but I can't get past this...

 

i'm in desperate need of a mace windu model for JO....

if anyone can point me to one i would be gratefull...

Go to WWW.Jediknightii.net and they have two or three mace windus,but if you don't like one there go to WWW.jediknight2files.com!
You should find a good one there.

Say, does anyone know of a mod that stops short characters from stretching in multiplayer?
I've had a look on Jediknightii and massassi, but couldn't find it. (though that could be me being dense...)

A good battledroid pack, Royal Guard pack, and several other skins can be found here along with a few other good skins and levels. Very easy to dl also, though they come in just the pk3 files...

 

Found some a nice skin today:
Ringwraith . W00t! Now Strider and Boromir can have some enemies! Includes bot support, and ctf/team skins.

If anyone has seen any other skins (other that Strider, Borimir and the Ringwraith) plz let me know. I am also looking for a skin of the Master Chief from Halo...

Well, I've checked jediknightii.net, massassi.net and jedi-outcast.com all to no avail...

Does anyone know where I can get hold of JO skins of Indiana Jones and Predator? Pur-leeeeeeease?

So far, the above sites have been great but they don't have these. Also, seaching on Google etc brings up all kinds of rubbish as the word skins frequently appears with JO and as Indiana Jones is made by Lucasarts, so does that

And before someone says 'why don't you make one yourself?'; hey, I'm following JP-30's guide week by week - I'm not exactly up to modelling from scratch yet

Obviously, any results I get in the meanwhile will be posted here...

I know in one the forums I've seen someone talking about working on a predator skin, possibly from a Kit Fisto custom mesh.

Also, as you're following my guide, the Weequay may be a reasonable model for a Predator.

As for Indy, a reskin of one of the Han Solo skins would give you a reasonable (hatless) version...

 

What's you guys' favorite Mod/Level/Skin (or a combination of any of the three) set-up?

I need to get a consensus for a ..... project....

I think the best model/skin is Chewbacca (followed closely by the Tusken Raider) and I've not DL'd a custom level as yet.

I may give it a go in the near future after more practice though. Although, being a perfectionist, I'd want full armour on the Predator and Indy with the hat. Otherwise it could be anybody from behind couldn't it? (oo-er! )

Keep up the good work though. I'm putting aside time tomorrow evening to go through Part 3 of your guide.
