You can get JKII:JO at any video game store for about $20. Just so everyone knows.

 

I am still against it. But (here catch this logic, I can rationalize anything) since I plan to buy it one day when I have an income again, Jack Sparrowing it temporarily is fine by me. Ha ha, fuzzy logic at it's best.

 

Hey! That's the way I am!!! Except that I don't buy the game for a while after I Jack Sparrow it.. I won't have a job (one that pays me for the hours that I work! Non-volunteer. ) until the summer hopefully.

 

I just downloaded a whole bunch of new levels and character skins. I'm loving the Helms Deep one

Have you found all the "secret" things in the level yet? The wall that explodes, the catapult, the cave, or the sniper gun in the tower?

 

Gaahh, this seems like such fun and I'm missing it!

 

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention:

The Enhanced Lightsaber mod also lets you get into a triple lightsaber lock.

Dajuan, yes you are missing out. It's a heck of a lot of fun. Next best thing to X-Wing Alliance.

Ok, a little off topic, but has anyone ever played call of duty?

On another note, I think I am about to get a renewed burst of galaxies if anyone is interested in joining me.

 

OK, the Triple Saber Lock is like the regular saber lock (when you get into a strength battle between you and your opponent and you have to keep clicking the mouse primary fire button or just force push yourself out of it) except three people can participate in it, I think one has to have a staff saber to do it fully.

Did you understand any of that? I kind of rambled on...

Well, for those who are going through the SP missions, you will have to download a patch for the game if you want to get past a part in a level further into the game. An error comes up, and you can't advance any further. Here's the link to the patch:

I got it last night and I advanced past the part where the error occurs.

It also fixes some MP bugs too. Just thought you guys might want to get it.

 

Which bug are you talking about?

There's one in the Yavin swamps level where it always freezes. Is that the one you're talking about?

I don't know anything about any Yavin level, I'm not that far yet. It was the level before the first Bespin level. It kept shutting down on me, bringing me back to the main menu.

Yeah, the titling is really bad, I have a friend that refers to all of them as the Dark Forces games. Outcast is DF III and Academy is DF IV.

 

I'm getting a Sparrow'd copy today. Don't know why, until middle of the week after next I really have no time. Stupid finals.

 

Heh, I "Sparrowed" that game several years ago, long before sparrow.
