Austin,TX Jedi Outcast

Has anyone else purchased the new Jedi Knight game? I picked it up after the meeting on Saturday. My wife is starting to miss me already i've been playing it so much. I guess I should move the computer downstairs so I can at least be with everyone while I am playing.

Needless to say, it's a great game. maybe some of us Austinites can play a tournament sometime.

I bought it yesterday, but it won't work with my obsolete graphics card.

 

Which video card do you have? I have a Voodoo Banshee (not supported) but I found a driver that makes it work. As long as you have 16 MB video and openGL support, you should be able to find a work around.

 

I have the SiS 6326. After a couple of hours of searching the web and installing various software, I managed to get it to work at a an incredibly slow speed- not fast enough to actually do any fighting.

I'm off to look for a new graphics card now. Just waiting for everyone else to get ready.

 

I've been playing JO to death...just got it last week. My wife is missing me too! lol.
