Jedi Power Battles

Juts bought this game on Ebay and I know its crap but, yknow, being a collector and all had to have it.

Has anyone played it all the way thru? Are there any cool video clips after completing it, or is the opening animation the only one in the game?

 

1) I don't think it is crap

2) I think there is one at the end of the celebration

 

well..it depends on what system you bought it for...oh wait no it doesnt because they all suck...(my opinion) it was a really bad game, only cool part was that you could be Plo Koon.

 

They need to make it for Ep II & III

but yeah, it was a cool game!

I haven't played it all the way through. but I don't think it's crap. It's an okay game to me.

 

I played it all the way through for Playstation
I really liked it, thats before I had Academy and Kotor of course.

I was really hoping that Lucasarts would make one for Ep2, where you could be Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Yoda
and they should of made a darkside one, with Vader, Maul, and Dooku

 

It's a great game and I also agree they need one for AOTC and one for the Darkside.

 

I love this game! I still haven't beat it though, I could never get past Coruscant!

Best star wars game ever "my opinion". Love it, still play it, and yes, wish they would have made one for AOTC where you could be many different jedi /sith.

That would have ruled. Here's hoping ROTS game lets us do these things, does anyone know?

The game was honestly too damn hard. And I hate the "batsaber" effect

I love it! But i honestly think my rational judgement goes out the window when it comes to sw, i even enjoy DEMOLITION!?!
In JPB there's another little animatic before the STAP level.

 

I had it on the PS1- I thought it was a great game in a lot of ways, but let down by stupid little details. I particularly remember getting frustrated when trying to jump up platforms on trees quite early on in the game, but repeatedly falling off because the solid platform ended before the graphics did.

I'd love to see an updated version- although from the trailer and the DVD previews, the Episode III game looks to me like a fairly similar concept.

 

Yeah I liked that game alot. I seem to have lost it though. I couldn't get past the tree level either!

 

Its an awesome game. I played this for hours and hours on end with my roomie. Top stuff

I completed it with every character except Plo and the chick. Cant remember her name right now.

You can even get into secret levels and such. I cant remember now how to do them.

Once again, excellent game.

 

loved it! played it on PS1 but not on dreamcast can ne1 tell me if the dreamcast verson was any differant?

The DC version had Ki-Adi Mundi and updated graphics.

That's about it.

That game was great. Still play it every now and then. The coruscant level really sucks though for the PS.

 

I thought it was a great game, a bit glitchy though.

I had JPB on my Dreamcast, and while it was glitchy, it was also loads of fun. I played it through with my friends twice, once while I played Qui-Gon, and the other with Plo Koon. I'm still hoping they come out with a JPB2. I loved that the various saber combos, which were different with each character, gave each of them more distinct strenghts and weakensses. Last but not least, I absolutely loved the opening cinematic, with Maul boldly jumping into the group of Jedi, ready to get it on!

Only complaint is that the Plo Koon of AOTC is not as kool as the Plo Koon in JPB, who had a super-cool samurai outfit/stance, and yellow lightsaber.

Yeah I've been trying to get a copy of that opener for a little while now but can't find it on my dreamcast disc or for download.

Yeah my like of Plo Koon came almost entirely from this game. He was such a power house.

And don't forget Dreamcast JPB has Maul with the Double Saber instead of single bladed.

 

yeah the Coruscant was really irritating and long
it took me awhile to beat that one

 

Has anyone finished the game as PLO KOON on the ps1, I reach Maul but get stuck.Impossible i tells ya, impossible!!
