It's back online now! I can't access it a few minutes ago but now got in. They must had did some updating while we were trying to access it.

I believe that Obi-Wan hosts his site through Yahoo! Geocities paid domain name hosting program.

BTW, it's really no trouble, I have the entire Jedi post all saved in a text file so all I have to do is copy and paste.

 

why dont you just post all of it in a new thread so people do not keep asking for it! just a thought...

 

Jedi-Finney: The reason I, and other people with links, do not post the links in public is because allot of the links are links to the websites of vendors who sell unlicsned Jedi props and costumes. Allot of the tutorial pages have links to them as well. During the last year, Lucasfilm sued Gerardo Fallano, a Canadian dealer of Stromtrooper armour. His armour was cast from the original screen used armour and he was issued a Cease and Desist order which he initially complied with and then later ignored. They settled outside of court and although Lucasfilm has left the bigger, more well known, and better advertised dealers who have more extensive product lines alone, no one knows for sure if LFL likes these guys or not so rather than risking these guy's endevours to make quality products for us mere mortals who can't do it by ourselves, we keep the links secret.

Toren, maybe you've posted pics before, but I honestly don't remember. So, do you have any pics of your completed Jedi robes? I've seen your boots (and still have massive jealousy fits every time I see them again ), but I want to see the whole ensemble.

Just one on my FanForce's website and it's a closeup of me with my cowl over my face, doesnt show much of the costume. However, my apartment complex recently offered a free studio session to all residents, I will hopefully be able to get the prints in about two weeks, but that's a special arrangement that might not go through and I might have to wait until I get back in early January. But I will definately scan a few when I am at my folks house in WA. BTW that picture of me on my website is 2 years old (the picure is 2 years old its not a picture of me when I was two years old)

 

there was a link someplace in one of these threads, i cant find it anymore, it was a link to a site that had wool for like 6 bucks a yard. anyone know the link? it was a really good price, i just dont feel like looking threw all these posts its a big hassle...
