I'll admit I read Heroes Die on DL's recommendation. I'm glad I did too because it is a great book and Blade of Tyshalle is almost as good. I hope Stover is one of the authors asked to return and I also hope that Terry Brooks is the other.

How can anyone not like Zahn and Anderson? their novels were some of the best sw novels.....

but i didn't see 1 author on this that i guess no one has thought of. Dave Wolverton!

I don't know about anybody else, but The Courtship of Princess Leia to me was a GREAT Novel. I would love to read another novel from him.

Wolverton's busy working on The Runelords, he wouldn't have time for a SW book now even if they offered him one. Which is not to say I wouldn't be glad to have him back.

I actually convinced GhentZ to read Heroes Die.
I read it based on the sample chapter and just spread the word.

What about K-Mac? Is he busy with any other projects?

And are there any other books of his that you would recommend?

Don't even joke about that. It's not funny.

OK, it is funny, but I'd still rather not think about it.

Haha. Well if it was a NJO book they could write about the Vong having a Vongerance on the Vongship.

one of them isn't Tim Zahn and one isn't RA Salvatore either.

Well, the one that isn't Tim Zahn could be Bob and the one who isn't Bob could be Tim! Bwahaha!
