Of course I'm not in your league, Chunk. It took me almost a year to get that far.

 

I'll probably be there in the next 24 hours, but the only way i'll ever overtake Chunk is if he gets hit by a truck.

Maybe we should have made Chunk the Secretary. I believe we would never have to worry people paying up. I'm gonna check to see if it's legal to have someone strong arm our tenants, then I could hire Chunk to call and harass all of our deadbeat tenants. That way he could have a home-based job so he can continue to take care of his better half.

Oooo, I had another idea, Chunk you could go into the Repo or Bounty Hunting business. It would fit great w/ your online persona.

It took me almost a year to get a 1,000, 4 months to hit 3,000, and then less than a month to hit 4,000. Do you think I might be picking up steam?
