I guess I can probably relate to that, I have "talkative" moods, and not so "talkative" moods.

Instead, someone could invent a device that would scramble ones cellphone if they were driving and talking at the same time. The owner of Baillos electronic store totaled my car as he drifted into my lane and forced me off the road as he chatted on his cellphone.

 

That is crazy! He was probably on the phone with his accountant who was in the process of informing him that not only is Best Buy kicking his butt again when it comes to sales, but the IRS wants to see his paperwork..........

 

I hate that place. They swarm you like a bunch of used car salesmen.
