Thanks guys for the input. Right now, CarolynNC has been kind enough to help me out with the details on this. We are waiting to hear a response from Jillians on a couple of questions.

Honestly, I don't think they're going to be that busy on a Thursday night and from what I've heard already they have all rooms available for rental for the 21st. So I'm hoping that we can just sort of crash Jillians and not worry about a rental fee or food/beverage packages.

 

I just realized our flight doesn't get in until 10:45, so I don't even know if I'll be able to make it by midnight

On a thursday night it closes at midnight, I think the plan is to move on at midnight to some other spot if people still want to do party

Meeting time frame will be: 8:30p.m.
Meeting place will be on the 2nd level at Jillians, either in one of the pool rooms or bar areas.
