I think I may have had a server problem come up on the website. I have a support ticket in to sort it out right now.

THEY TOLD ME THEY FIXED IT!

 

yeah, so... site's back up

and the site's back down... the data center is working on it. replied to my ticket this morning in about 3 minutes, so they know about it.

Email from our host came through around 6am this morning. The data center has a network outage and is trying to have it repaired.

ok, all sites on my server are doing something rather odd... none are keeping the database connection open...

support ticket is in, and all sites should be up soon...

got a reply from the hosting company 3 min after i put in the ticket. they wree already aware and working on it.

Broke it again B
