What does it mean if your team is on a bye?
If you were in 1st place, I'd say it meant you earned the right to bypass the 1st round of the playoffs. In this case, you'll be at the playoffs...in section 120, row R, seat 13 ;)

I missed the playoffs in my other league, so you're not the only one!

I just can't bring myself to laugh about this one. Oh, what the heck [face_laugh]!

At least I still have my team in the JKoC FHL. Then again, I've managed to slip from 2nd to 6th place over the past 3 weeks. Maybe I should just stick to being a Monday Morning QB (aka - Wannabe) [face_plain].

Week Fifteen Scoreboard - Sponsered by: Random's Throat Lozenges For When You're Throat's Been Busting Out The Humor ;)
    Sith Slayers 102
    Rough Squadron 118
    final

    The Empire 78
    The Screaming Wookiees 70
    final

This week's scores also brought to you by KoalaCalc the little freeware OS X calculator that I used when Yahoo ripped down the past weeks total scores. I mean, what's that about?!?

Our Official League Champion will be crowned this weekend. The match-ups are as follows:

    For third place:
    (4) Sith Slayers vs. (2) The Screaming Wookiees

    and

    For the League Championship:
    (3) The Empire vs. (1) Rough Squadron

Well, Don, you and I are fated to come down to the wire again. May the best (or luckiest) team win! (Cuz I've been lucky ALL season long! :p )

It should be brought to you by Bmack's Exlax, for when you're full of... err, "poodoo."

The Empire will rule football with the same iron grip it did baseball.

The loser of this league must name their next fantasy league team whatever the winner chooses?

As long as it isn't anything vulgar, you're on.

Alright, here are the results (unless I get 9 field goals in the next 19 minutes of play)of the final games.

BMack's Rough Squadron beat my Empire. And, in an upset of epic proportions, Candace's Sith Slayer's knocked the snot out of Geoff's Screaming Wookies (his spelling). So, the order of finish for the playoffs is as follows:

    1st Place: BMack
    2nd Place: Don
    3rd Place: Candace
    Last Place: Geoff

I couldn't get the proper spelling of "Wookiee" to fit on the line when I was registering my team.

I just heard on TV the Brett Favre's dad passed away yesterday. Nobody should lose a loved one this time of year...but losing your dad is especially tough on a guy. May the Force be with you and your family Brett!

lost his father... and had a career game... 22 of 30, 399 YD, 4 TD 0 INT... QB Rating was through the roof, something around 153...

everyone at work called it... the most heard quote among the football fans was "he'll light it up"

someone real special was watching him tonight... i just hope it doesn't feel completely hollow without his father here.
