I gotta say, my favourite Roger Waters album is certainly The Wall, but Radio KAOS is cool too.

 

I'm partial to The Final Cut. As it's close to a Waters solo effort it's not really a Pink Floyd album, but it is a solid piece of political rock nonetheless.
