how's life treating you now?

 

Life's finally settling down after a pretty active few months. I can finally explore some of my interests I haven't been able to pay much attention to(one of which is RPGing).

How about yourself?

 

Nice to see you again DL24 long time no see. Probably don't remember me since we communicated in any of the boards except some in the EUC

 

school (as always it seems) is being a pain, but other than that i'm reasonable. need to get something done on some fanfics, but that too is nothing new.

i am enjoying the RPF though.

 

I'm living testament to DRL happening to us all. In Exiles, my characters sat around twiddling their thumbs while the others battled the fella that killed Superman. I've also lost count of how many podraces I've lost to DRL.

 

now that sucks quite royally.

one question. how would others kill the thing that kills supes?

 

The same way you kill anything: inginuity and imagination

Sure a lot of people tend to forget those two, but it took an imaginitive man to make a pipe that can shoot out a metal round fast enough to pierce through human flesh.

 

Or for the first man to see those fluffy little sheep running around and think "Hmmm... If I cut that up and put it over a fire, I coudl eat that!"

 

"...and if I gut off that white stuff, I could wear it and it would keep me warm even when it's wet." (ahh...learning about winter camping in Boy Scouts. Wool=warm even when wet)

 

Or the person that saw a parrot and was like "I should capture that parrot and put it on my shoulder and then call myself a pirate!" He was the most imaginative of them all.

 

that does indeed make it more possible, if unlikely.

 

Perhaps you should read Exiles and find out (I'd tell you, but I only performed the briefest of skimmings to find out that we had defeated him, not how)

 

perhaps, but i have plenty of fics i need to read, which is more than likely what i'd do rather than an RPG that i'm not in. i did consider joining, but i didn't have the time.

We're just the coffe house, the archives are out that door to the left and past the bathrooms. The door is on the left, but if you hit the bubbler (or drinking fountain as anyone who isn't a Wisconsinite calls them) you've gone too far. You can find your precious blues and bandersnatches there, but don't bother the staff of the cafe.
