We have been invited to appear at Joe D's first show of 2014.
As with previous appearances, we will have a table, a place to change, and are encouraged to mingle and entertain as we see fit.

PLEASE RESPOND as quickly as you know, or suspect, so that we can be added to the publicity campaign, flyers, etc.

Possibly later in the afternoon like last year.

 

It appears that I am available. Count me in for the Guard and Sith.

 

I'll have to see if I'm working or not...

 

Well I don't have a costume yet but if anyone is needed for help with the table or anything else I can be available.

 

We need to know by today (Monday 2/3/2014) if we are doing this event so that we can be included in the publicity
(commercials, print ads, etc.)

Eradicator if you want to do the event I might have a Jedi or imperial crewman you can borrow. I don't know if I met you yet You might have to wrangle up some boots

Jedi or Imp sounds cool if it will fit a wiry guy like me. and if I need to I can go acquire anything else.

i should be available for this one as Darth Revan.

 

This event allows us a lot of flexibility. If you can only attend for an hour or two, it is ok.

The past shows do not have us in an area set up for photos, so roaming gives the best chance for pictures. Also, there is not a lot of room behind the table. If we can get 4 or 5 people at a time, it will be a good representation of the group.

Dan and I are NOT available. We have a big family kids zone event at church same day.

 

I will be in but I would need to borrow a saber from someone if anyone has one to lend.

 

Unfortunately, I must now withdraw from participation in this event. This coming Sunday is also the last chance to use the Buffalo Museum of Science's Makeshift Workshop before filming on April 5. I have some work on my Mando to finish and that's putting it mildly.
