If somebody can't make it to the meeting that has reserved tickets, please let me know so I can PM you my address. That way you can mail me your payment for the tickets. I have to get the money in to the actual ticket orderer.

All tickets are now spoken for. If somebody else just HAS to go, let me know and I'll see what I can do about finding more tickets. No promises, but I can try.

I'm sorry to say, but I won't be going to this wonderful event this year. Unfortunately, the NASCAR races at the California Speedway are that weekend and I usually work as a suite attendent. I'd much rather hang out with all of you guys, but I'm in need of the cashola so I'm gonna have to work instead!

So, unless I win the lottery between now and then (guess I should start playing?), you'll know where I'll be that weekend.

Nope, the ticket is already spoken for.

 

Since I'm not going to this event, I need somebody else to be the ticket person. Does anybody know who Helen (Valedakor) is? She's the one you'll need to find to get the tickets from. Everybody that's going will be meeting/eating at the same grassy area before the concert. That's where she'll be. You'll be able to ask most of the people there who she is and they'll be able to point her out.

 

I'll be there too, so you guys can always find me if you can't find Helen.

 

I still need somebody to step up and be the ticket person for this. Do any of you know who Helen is? If so, you'd be a good person for the job.

Depends on when everyone from our group is going to get there. I don't want to end up waiting around for people to show up until the last minute. Could I get a timeframe on when everyone is planning to show up?

 

I guess we'll try to be there by 7:30 at the latest.

Unless everyone wants to meet at one of the outer parking lots and bring a picnic dinner and meet earlier????

Usually, all of the SW people meet at the grassy area at the Bowl and eat there. Helen will be there by 4:00 to reserve the area. You don't have to do that , though.

 

We usually get down to Hollywood that afternoon around 3-4pm and check out the sites and sounds and get something to eat. We get over to the Bowl around 6ish and are in our seats by 7:30 as it gets really really crowded. This way we know where we're at as well as make any last minute potty runs. If we could meet around 6:30 for tickets / visiting, that would be great. I've got something to do when we get there at 6pm that requires my attention.
