Thanks for the info! Sort of like you're not supposed to leave a movie until the credits are completely done and the lights come up. We'll hang out at the bowl till they kick us out.

Okay, maybe not that long, but until we're sure he's completely done!

 

Just some other info:

Bring a jacket. It can get chilly out there.

Also, the Bowl has wooden benches, so bring a cushion if you'd like. They also rent seat cushions at the bowl for a few bucks.

Bring a picnic! It's really cute how many people you see having a full candle-lit picnic at the bowl.

Save lightsabers for Star Wars, please. Some crazy dude last year started waving his around during Horray for Hollywood.

 

me and the mrs. will be attending the festivities and glorious music of his esteemed most talented mr. sir john williams on saturday. we hope to see you all there. the camera will be a snapping.

SCORE!! I do love yard sales. Eight and a half light sabers for 8 bucks!! Most of them work, just needed batteries. Can you guess which one is the 1/2? I got a whole Darth Maul saber and a half one. I'll bring extras. They're not MR, but they'll be fun and no worries if something happens to them! SR and AaS, you guys get first choice.

Just a reminder: Light sabers are only to be ignited and waved during Star Wars music. Non SW fans (hard to believe the even exist) don't appreciate the sabers. I was informed of this by past attendees.

 

I'll give the saber waving a miss, i'm sitting in a different section so i'd feel a tool waving one all on my lonesome.

You should hang them from a belt while you do the CHOC walk.

I'm getting the 6:45 bus from Pasadena, not sure how long it takes, there's a meeting area in the little map link a few posts up, some people from LA are going as early as 3pm!

 

whats up with the shuttle from pasedena? why not park at the bowl?

if your in hollywod give the kodak a tour, its amazing in there. only downside is ye cant take pics inside but they give u a postcard

Aw, Superman and Batman weren't at the Chinese? They were there all 2 days of the Superman Returns line with us!

 

We are gonna be delayed due to an escaped cat. We have indoor cats and our escape artist decided to show off today and scoot out the door before we could catch her. We have to get her back in before we go or she'll end up being coyote food. UGG!!

That won't help if she's on the inside of a coyote's stomach!
