Ok, here's some more info for you all. We're in section R1. We have seats in rows 9, 11, 12, and 13 (I'll explain that a little more below). I don't have the tickets in front of me right now, but I believe we have all of rows 12 and 13, about half of 11, and two in 9. The reason for the last two is because I miss counted when I ordered the tickets and I had to add two more seats to the order afterwards. So two people will have to sit a couple of rows away from us.

Those of you that are attending can PayPal me the money for your ticket at jedimaster.yoda@verizon.net. If you have any questions, feel free to post here or PM me.

EDIT: Looks like I'm being charged a fee for each PayPal payment I get. And it also looks like this is happening because I have a "Premier" account. With that in mind, please either allow me time to downgrade my account or write me a check. You can all give your checks to your city rep or you can send them to me individually (probably easier to do it in one bulk lot).

 

LJ, maybe we can swap those row 9 seats with someone in one of the other rows when we get there. :~)

I don't need the money soon soon, but you'll need the tickets to get in. What time do you all plan to arrive at the bowl? We can easily all meet out front, exchange whatever monies and tickets are left, and then head inside. Just don't show up 10 mins before showtime It would be great if we could all meet out front no later than 7pm. OCSWS should be there well before that.

GentleBant: Why don't you PM me your cell phone number so that I'll be able to contact you if necessary. That way we won't have to worry about anyone getting left out as we'll be able to have almost constant communication.

OK...two other things to bring up:

1. Dinner together beforehand?

2. What is everyone bringing foodwise? I'll bring some sort of a dessert to share.

 

I think I'll make some medieval meat pies, if I can find some gooseberry preserves. Don't worry, they're better than they sound.

 

Just give me orders on what to make/bring, and it'll happen.

Cheese & crackers sounds like a good idea. (Slice the cheese at home, though--unless you get the spreadable wedges or wax-wrapped individual cheeses.) Somebody should bring some champagne subtitute, such as sparkling cider, and plastic champagne glasses (you know, the kind where you have to put together the base and the top?), so we can be all fancy-schmancy. Other ideas would be baby carrots or other vegetable-type munchies, and easy-to-snack-on fruits such as grapes, strawberries, or orange wedges.
