Elections were held today for the TA. The Counsel is as follows:

Chapter Treasury/Secretary: Chris Maher
Chapter Historian: John Brantley

Dues were lowered to $20.00Per yr no matter if your single or a family
Dues were extended to be paid (NEXT) meeting for those that wish to pay dues. By paying dues you will be grant access to our private TA website. It also it pays for any print items the group may need.

Events:

The TA has been asked to do a birthday party August First at 2:00 PM, at Newport New VA. Parents will be making a donation to one of our Charities. We decided CHKD and St. Judes.
sign ups to be announced. Please if you sign up to be there please keep your commitments.


Galacticon: We cant put in the date for the con in Virginia Beach until October. However Chesapeake Library we can put in the dates starthing in September. So for right now We are pushing for mid to end of March. More will be posted as it becomes available.

TA BBQ date to be announced and a food list

Holloween Party so far will be at Jasons. It was suggested if the party could be at the Lake. This is tentative, more to be annouced.
