Calgary July 15th Comic Kazi Grand Opening - Costumed Event

Was talking to Wes @ Comic Kazi and they are moving there store to Macleod Trail. He has asked if we could have some people in costume out for his Grand Opening. He has also been or is contacting the 501 as well.

Free Burgers and comics for Everybody attending

Hmmmmm..........I might come out from Banff for a few hours for this..........to hang out with my fellow Jedi!

 

I'd love a chance to wear my new costume for the first time! (now that my boots came in) I'm not sure at this point if i'll be able to, is there a certain day that you need to know by?

I was SECONDS away from making a post that I propably WON'Y be able to make it, when a coworker caught me on MSN, and aasked if I still want ed to trade this Saturday for next Wednesday!!

I verified the days with him, and confirmed that "YES", I would love to make the trade (even though it really messes up my work schedule and days-off). Anyway, since I have Saturday totally off now (I was originally planning on comming out for just 2 or 3 hours and then heading back to Banff for work), I can probably make it to Jay's for SOME of the Star Wars marathon also!!!!! FINALLY I can see his place and collection!

Ryan (PreludeRM) has a bunch, but he is out of town for...........I'm not sure how long.

Dang it - another event I forget my camera in my car!!

 

Yes I am out of town for a few days but have my camera here so I might just get a chance to update from here. I'll keep you al posted
