Tidewater, VA July 5th Meeting Reminder.

Just a reminder.

Evenet: July Meeting.
Date: Saturday, July 5th.
Time: 2:30 - 5:00.
Location: Virginia Beach Public Library.

Also, this meeting we are trying to get our group photo done, so all those with costume, please bring them. Those without costumes feel free to wear a Star Wars T-shirt if you have them. Everyone is going to be included in the photo. Should be good fun.


Topics of Discussion

- Clones Wars Animated Release. Do we do our own event with Regal Cinemas? Do we participate in the event at Military Circle Mall?

- Star Wars Unleashed Release. Our Event Coordinator (Anakinos) will be providing detailed information, times, etc. This event will be held at "Game On".

If there are any other topics for consideration, or ideas for events, gatherings, etc. Please bring them up here or at the meeting. Hope to see everyone there.

 

I won't be able to attend this meeting b/c I'll be on a much needed vacation. I've already casted my vote via the thread. I still want to take part in the pictures, though. Photoshop anyone?

 

If you send me the picture, I can try. But I can't promise it is going to look right. lol

Fourth of July weekend is tough - we'll be out of town, too, so can't make the meeting.

 

Ok, since there are a few people that can not make the meeting, we are going to again postpone the group photo until the August 2nd meeting.

 

For those of you that can not attend the next meeting, and have not replied to this thread, could you please go THIS THREAD and let us know which option you think the group should do.

Hi guyss, it looks like we are going out of town 4th of July Weekend.

I would like to post that we do are own thing and I will have that weekend off and will be there.

I am sorry I cant make it to the meeting.

I would like to host a SCI/FI FANTASY /GENERAL TRIVIA NIGHT

HAVE A RAFFLE ( raise money for the club)
PRIZES TO THE BEST TRIVALIST
PARTY FOOD
ETC.

HOPE EVERYONE WOULD LIKE TO DO IT

Sounds great Allen. Everyone at the meeting thinks it's a good idea and would like to participate.

Few questions though.

1. is this a family friendly event, ie are kids allowed or is this adult only.

2. What date and time.
