St. Lou, MO July Meeting

I will be in town the 15th, although, my friend & I are going to be at the Cardinals' game.

 

We can't make it if it's on Friday night. Patrick doesn't get off work until 7 and I've got to pick up my Harry Potter book in South County at midnight.

 

Curse that Harry Potter.

 

Well, I guess we should make it the 16th. That's got the highest number of yes's for attendance. Lazer Core in O'Fallon MO (aka Egypt).

I'm such a blond. Midnight on the 16th would actually be the evening of the 15th. Duh. Maybe we should arrange an unofficial meeting at a bookstore for us Potter fans.

Did you have to make reservations for LazerCore the last time, Dajuan? Or do we need to if we're not renting a room for official business?

 

Can someone give directions for those who get easily lost or have never been there before? I can't remember much beyond the turn off 40... Thanks!

In an attempt to avoid a fourth knee surgery, I've been told to severely limit physical activity. So...no lazertag for me. If you guys are going to hang out before or after, I'll join you for that, though.

 

You should come anyway. Most of the time we spend just hanging out because the actual lazer tag part didn't take that long.

I'd say meet around 6:00. I'll call to make reservations and if they say anything about a different time, I'll let you all know.

Ha, I just found out my neighbors are going to leave me their house while they're one vacation, so I have a house to myself. A shame I didn't know that until the meeting was already decided, otherwise I would have offered to do a FF meeting true Charisma style.

 

...and I'm sure the neighbors would have loved that...

 

They told me to throw a party! They said I earned it by being as trustworthy as I am. Besides, I doubt very much you all would be a wild bunch, unless someone starts waving swords around or something.

Oh by the way, I have to back out of this meeting, something came up, looks like I'll be in Chicago for it.

 

I'm not going to be able to make it to the July meeting. We are just broke and I am saving for the camping trip. Also, getting there would just be a headache as Jeremy would have to drop me off and pick me up. And we all know how reliable he has been in the past. LOL!

 

Please tell me you're kidding... I don't even have a good story for why me knee is wrecked - just bad genetics, I suppose. I'll still be there for the meeting.
