I'll be there (solo). Will bring bevs and food tbd.

 

So Victor is a little limited on how many ribs he can prepare.

We could use some hot dogs and hamburgers as well. Any takers?

As Anna eluded to earlier, my smoker can handle a maximum of 8 racks of ribs at one time. I will be smoking them Saturday morning prior to the picnic. It is my hope that, with the dogs now on the menu (and hopefully burgers), we will have enough meat to go around.

I was going to reach out you two! I'm so glad you're going to be able to make it!!

 

Cory has to work. As of right now, I'll be there, but I'll have to leave early for Superhero Night stuff. Also, my work schedule could change by then. I'll update as soon as I find out. I'm going to pass on ribs, but I'll think of something else to bring!

 

A family obligation has now surfaced. Therefore, we will not be able to attend the picnic. I might be able to pop in for some of the meeting.

Change in schedule. I can only be there until 5.

 

Jeff and I will still be there, but we have to leave around 7 for a mandatory workshop for Superhero Night.

 

Whoops, I thought I posted already. Emily and I will be there. We will bring tuna salad. We have to leave by 5 or so though.

 

To those of you interested in chipping in for the ribs next Saturday...

I have placed an order for 8 racks of spare ribs at Black Angus Meats on Tuesday. They are priced out at $1.99/lb. The butcher said that each rack averages 4-5 lbs. Doing the math, that comes to $64-$80. I will not know the exact amount until next week. As with the holiday party, $10 is the suggested per person amount. Of course, the more persons that contribute the lesser that amount will be.

This summer's offering will have a little sweet, a little heat, and glaze (no BBQ sauce, but GLAZE). I offer unto you next Saturday...

I will be happy to pitch in for the ribs. Will have necklace and key chains for all to look at.

 

I've got some hummus plus crackers and carrots to dip in it I'll bring.
