Topics Discussed:

1. It was brought up that during the summertime many members will not be in the Daytona area. Therefore the charter will be amended to reflect the fact that we won?t be able to hold Official meetings every month.

2. From above it was decided that there won?t be anymore Official meetings this summer

3. T-shirts and logos were discussed. Many good ideas were brought up. If you have one, post in the official T-shirt and logo thread or e-mail Q99213 any pictures you have.

 

The revised charter is up and ready for viewing. Here are the changes:

Section A - Distinction between Official and Unofficial
(06.08.03-Markus Zimmerman) All Activities and Events will be considered "Official" if posted on the official Fan Force sight. Otherwise, events will be considered ?get togethers? and will not be counted towards official memberships or meetings.

Section C - Monthly Group Meetings
(06.08.03-Markus Zimmerman) A general group meeting will be held at least once per month if practical. All Daytona Beachtrooper members are encouraged to attend, as well as potential new members.
