Yes, I have a blender.
I will be glad to pm anyone that needs directions. Just let me know...
And Leash, Susan is bringing your CD...
Still have the AOTC soundtrack Ken?
Oh, yeah! You're going, aren't you Scott? If so I'll send that as well!
I might be..
Just let me know by Saturday.
Wow, is it next weekend already? And Christina's, thats the one in kirkwood, right?
Yeah, here in Kirkwood. Hot, humid...anyway are you coming John?
If we wanted there is a small park within walking distance that we could play kickball, baseball or something. My yard is big enough for volleyball...
Is it big enough for a lightsaber melee? It's going to be after fencing, so I might be on a fencing high.
I love Volleyball, though I suck at it. But it's having fun that counts, not winning. Right???
That's how I play!
Good, I am not alone!
Oh, and Rowan will totally be up for beating you with a lightsaber. He had so much fun that Sat. and still talks about it.
He was at our friends garage the other day with his dad and our friend tried goading Rowan about Star Wars. Our friend tried to say Leia wasn't a Jedi and Rowan laid into him about how she is not technically a Jedi and more of a politician, she is force sensitive and has had Jedi training and can fight with a lightsaber, etc. It was pretty funny. Made his mother proud!
It is definitely big enough for a melee...
[anakin]You will try...[/anakin]
Good, at least I'm not alone in that area.
That's going to be my little sister in a year or so.
It is amazing how much Rowan picks up on. He has not read any of the books yet other than the young reader series by Scholastic. But he asks questions constantly about different things and it is awesome to hear and see how much he retains.
Maybe I should get him in a fencing class so he can learn how to kick your butt properly. LOL!
I know he would love to learn fencing! Would they even teach and 8 yr old??? I will have to look into that.
I still haven't heard from everyone on what dishes they are bringing!
Remember if you can't cook we could still use cups, utensils, plates and napkins. Please let me know.
I have plates and napkins. What we really need is cups...
I'll tell you about the stats on that later.
Thanks Christine for hosting this and letting me use your blender! If I don't hear from anyone bringing cups I will bring cups.
Scott, Thanks, let me know.
How late are you guys hanging out? I'll be in South County and might be able to get dropped off after dinner with Grandpa....
I might be showing up to this, no promises.

Ken, since we aren't starting till around 3:30, I expect it will run late. You can always call and check... do you still have my number? I could get you home if needed...
Susan will give me ride home, thanks. I have your cell number from C3.
Do you need a ride Christian? Or, rather, will you drive me home?
Possibly, we will see what's up on Saturday.
