FF:WA Jury Duty Day 1 - Case 1

Welcome back, glad you could join us. Here is a quick hash hash has to what happen on the very first day.

I've been through all the intro stuff and as I was put into my group of about 28 people we were escorted upstairs to the court room. The case I was about to be going to was to be a three day trial. I did unfortunately not get picked for the five day case which was to be held at the Supreme Court. Bummer, that must have been good.

They pick your name out of the box at random to see if you go on the jury....







I didnt get picked out! Buggar! So I went home feelin empty and disappointed.





BUT HEY, I get to go back tomorrow at 9:30 and shoved into another group. Yippee! I dont know wheather I should feel lukcy coz I didn't get picked or not. Ah, what the hell, I'm lucky!

If you get a case that is going to last a couple of days,it'd be best not to discuss the actual case while it's still in progress... that said, it's interesting to see articles about the case you sit on in the paper.. the story the jurnos come up with and what comes out in court can be quite different.. and amusing
