I already have a couple of favourites from listening well to the films
The tracks that I remember well which I love are:

Duel of the fates
Across the stars
Anakin vs Obi-Wan
Battle of the Heroes
(I don't know what the track is called I think its...)'Luke's theme' ?
(And of course) Darth Vader theme

When i get the soundtracks through the post I'll know ALL the track names and I'll have lots and lots of favourites.

Who can blame me - its John Williams!

 

I remember when my mom bought me one SE-CD each month. Great times, plenty of time to familiarize myself with each score and a nice time of anticipation - though not quite the 20 years General Kenobi had to wait

and then I waited to listen to the scores to episodes 2 and 3 until after I've seen the movie. They could (and would) have given something away!

 

Oh boy, you are in for a REAL treat. There are a few tracks that will blow you away for sure. And when you've finally listened through them all... Well it's time to start on the rest of John William's catalouge!

 

Beginning with Always.

 

But don't give up with Williams. Though he is very good, he isn't the end all be all for great film music.
