Does anyone know who Yoda's master was? Who taught that legendary small green master of the force? Has it ever been stated? It's been bugging me a long time. In fact, what do we know of Yoda's past?

I have seen his masters name as well as his home planets name along with it but i can't really find it in all my stuff...
