Looks like that is one of Elvis Trooper's pics from Dragon*Con 2007 - here are some others. Seems to be a real theme there, looks like a place BDZ would have gone in 97-98 ("cruising for the ladies", you know).

 

Thanks to BDZ, this thread took a direction I never imagined.
