    oh, It works now.

Looks cool. Have you tried it? It looks like it would wobble a bit. The best way to keep it from wobbling would be to use a dolly or a steadycan that is held, a wheel would defeat the purpose.

I'd like to see the result of how stable a shot could be using this.

quite interesting, please do tell how you made yours, then I can make enhancements...

By the way, how much does it cost to rent the space in your signature... if it is low cost (READ: Free) I might decide to ocupy it...

Its made from an excercise(sp) wheel and paperboard(I have a ton of it.

the paperboard is rolled up and taped to another roll. wrap strong tape around seal.
turns out the space of my tripod legs fits in exavctly at the end of the exercise wheel, but you may have to fool around alittle. then i took a dowl and taped it to the paperboard mounts to prevent them from sliding apart.

    ` `| <-------tripod
    ` / \ <-^
    ` | | <------Mounts(In L shape)
    `OOO( )OOO <----Exercise wheel handles

    ^Exercise wheel
*Ignor the `. They are for formating

You can make improvements if you mention me
and the space is $0.00 in my sig. :)

    just looked at it again.
Its not 2 rolls taped together,
its 1 piece of posterbard folded in a u, fitted around the handle of the wheel and taped together with a snug hole on the top for the tripod legs to go thru.
