Karen Allen Confirmed for Indy 4

Karen Allen is joining the cast of the upcoming "Indiana Jones" movie, reprising her role as spirited Marion Ravenwood, it was announced today during Comic-Con International in San Diego. The new movie is in production under the direction of Steven Spielberg, who is pictured here with Allen during a break in shooting in Hawaii.

Hilarious. When Harrison introduced his first sidekick everyone thought he was talking about Shia and started clapping and immediately cut off when the camera pulls back to show Ray Winstone.

Did Shia just grow that moustache while he was on brake from filming or is it part of the movie? In the Marshall College Chase scenes he doesn't seem to have the moustache.

 

I'm guessing it's part of the movie as Shai is in his motorcycle jacket out in the middle of the jungle. Looks like he's thrown into an adventure and doesn't have time to change clothes nor shave.

 

Good, meaning it will cover a good amount of time. Honestly I think Shia looks really good as a greaser. I can't wait to see this film.

 

I think this film, along with the Dark Knight, are going to be the two most anticipated films of 2008.

I have to say, I was avoiding spoilers and stuff so I hadn't really heard the comments about Marion being in the script since I don't want to know too much about the story.

But the way they revealed the official announcement at Comic Con was awesome. I was really close for the Paramount panel and utterly stoked about the satellite message. I went nuts. And I got a ton of Indy IV SWAG which I'm cherishing.
