Yes Rachel. I caught the 4:30 show at the IMAX Ontario. The movie isn't in IMAX format, and it is not digital, but the screen there is HUGE!

Good to know. We're trying to schedule an IE event, and we were trying to go see RotS together at the IMAX. Thanks for the info Edgar!

on this, Natalie Portman's 24th birthday.. i'm up to 5.

 

I caught my 6th viewing at the Edwards IMAX near Ontario Mills, and out of all my viewings (regular and digital), this was the best. The gigantic picture made you feel like you were in the movie, especially during the opening flying battle scenes. The sound also rocked! I want to see it there again.

 

Okay, so SOMETHING good is going to come out of me going home for the summer..


Tomorrow night I'm doing a "OMG I SURVIVED COLLEGE YEAR 1/Last night in San Diego" viewing of ROTS. 7:45 digital, if anyone wants to go.

 

Sue and I met for "Breakfast and a Movie" yesterday. I got to drown my sorrows for missing the George Lucas presentation by the American Film Institute.

That makes 5 for me.

19 at the Mann Village Theater in Westwood. 20 at the Arclight Dome.


By the by, this is the last week Revenge of the Sith is playing at the Mann Village Theater in Westwood.

One more week in Digital at the Arclight in the Dome (this week and next week) until they move it to one of their "black box" theaters, whatever the heck that means. *shrug*

 

Up to six now.

 

I am still on one but then I have no time at all to go to the cinema with working all the 12 hours I have done in the past few weeks. Is there a digital cinema in san diego??if not where is the closest?

 

There's a few digital theaters in San Diego.

Best one is the Mira Mesa 18 at I-15 and Mira Mesa Blvd.

 

Anybody up for the 10:40 show tonight?

I finally saw it for the 11th time last night after a long hiatus since the first week.

 

Can't make the 10;40 tonight as planned.

But am doing "Breakfast and a movie" tomorrow morning.

9:00 AM at Denny's then the 10:15 at MM.

They have posters, I called them and verified that first.

Yes, I called the Mira Mesa theatre and they have the posters. The club is seeing the movie on Friday at 7:35pm in the digital theatre, #8.

 

I'm sooo there!!! That sounds like alot of fun!
