The latest NTIP from MSW mentions KMT's character at the end of the podcast... hana_solo did a write-up in the Rumor thread;

Agreed. They'll keep their agency and have different relationship from relationships Finn had in TFA. That's the whole point of taking a known character out of the comfort zone and throwing him in the mix with a brand new one that's full of surprises. MSW is very excited about her so fingers crossed.

 

So KMTC has something special about her? I wonder whether it's a historical 'thing', a skill 'thing' or a secret 'thing'?

I was seeing the first episode of "Adam ruins everything" when I noticed her in the show! She had one line.

 

That David Attenborough t-shirt is amazing!

 

I wonder if she's doing reshoots at Pinewood.

 

I wonder, too. Looks like she's been in London at least a couple of weeks now.

 

She's too adorable for words and such a Potter nerd.

I hate London cause it's such a popular stop over, you never know whether people are there for reshoots or something unrelated.

 

Guaranteed we see her character at Celebration.

Could KMT be a prisoner? They wear jumpsuits too.

 

I said before that I think she's playing the female Han Solo, with the witty personality and all. So she could be a scoundrel/smuggler/thief.

So she could be introduced in one of those prisons MSW reported on.

Look between Rey and Finn. The name that rubbed off/is unsuccessfully erased is Rosie. Is KMT really Rosie like MSW thinks she is?

 

She looks damn cute, me thinks she also has a very bubbly persona

 

Uhhh....slow down, you have to fill me in on who Rosie is, and the prisons. I believe I might be a little behind on this

 

She is / must be related to me. She wears underwear and shoes.

MSW's latest report pegs KMT character's name as Rose, either a code name (same as Maz's) or real name:

However, 2 years ago, Rian posted this on Instagram, and you can see name Rosie between names Rey and Finn:

So now that MSW is reporting "Rose" as potential name for KMT, some of us are thinking that Rian could have scribbled his original character's name Rosie on that paper with TFA character names and tried to erase it. or it rubbed off from the other paper.

Prison:

In the same report, MSW mentions a prison on Canto Bight:

So I suggested that maybe KMT is a prisoner herself cause she's wearing a jumpsuit and prisoners wear jumpsuits. That's just my speculation, not a MSW report.

 

rosie is 2 syllables so i do not approve

 

MSW keeps saying KMT looks like a hacker or engineer on their podcast, specifically referring to the "mustard" colored jumpsuit and belt that they saw her wearing. However she doesn't wear the jumpsuit on Canto Bight, because she's seen wearing a Resistance-type uniform on the space horse with Finn. I think she changes into the jumpsuit once her and Finn go on their spy mission on the FO base. At that point, the costume might just be a disguise and not actually pertain to her as a character.
