My take is... if Paige has really died... Then Rose's tears by the MF are also about Paige (even if this is as late as Act 3). It could for example be a scene where someone is talking to her about Paige and how proud her sister would be of her, after all the heroic things she's presumably done at this point in the movie. Someone could be giving her a pep talk that makes her emotional.

 

And this is why Canto Bight looks like Las Vegas.

So should we start guessing what her tragic past that she likes to keep hidden is? I'm thinking the FO destroyed her home, but as these things go, I'm not sure why that needs to be kept hidden. Perhaps her parents are with the FO, and Rose and her sister fled? Perhaps she's a spy, bwa-ha-ha.

I hadn't heard any spy theories but I do think her hairdo reminds me of Darth Vader's helmet.
