FF:NZ Ketwol Wave at K-Mart

looks like K-mart have finally got theit A into G, found 10 new figures there. 6 of them already available through SWNZ, but 4 new ones:
Ellors Madak (has a holster)
Ketwol (hes got funny legs!)
Sabe Queens decoy
Bespin Guard (also has a hoster)

They are 19.99 each, and there are about 3 of each left at K-mart Riccarton (havent checked the Palms yet). allI can say is: check your local K-mart!

St Lukes said they didn't have any
But papatoetoe have them on their Shelves so i am off there tonight

Maybe they will have at St lukes but have not put them out as the women at the Papatoetoe branch said they were a new item for them.

K Mart Papatoetoe has a number of figures
Ketwol wave, sandtrooper wave and Aurra Sing wave

 

I'm going to have to get out to Porirua sometime. What prices are they putting on the figures?

Can anyone tell me what new figures there were??

I managed to get five new ones:
- Sabe
- Bespin Guard
- Ellors Madak
- Ketwol
- Sandtrooper (Tatooine Patrol)

but I'm not sure if I missed any. Maybe we need to start a "Released in NZ" figure list here to act as a checklist.

Up here in Auckland, there's some at St Lukes K-Mart, but not as many varities as at Papatoetoe, and only older ones at Henderson K-Mart.

There's also a mixed collection of slightly older figures at the St Lukes Toyworld.

I cant get the duro because they got some more SW:CCG card packs at the comic shop at 18 bucks a pop its pretty pricey.

Nope. That's the same list of figures I saw up here in Auckland K-Marts - plus a few of the older ones like the Battle Droid (Boomer Damage), Han Solo (Bespin Capture) and Leai (Bespin Capture), and even one Jek Porkins and one Darth Vader (Dagobah).

As I said in the "Latest Finds" messages, I also saw a few other figures at the Toywolrd in St Lukes: a few Mon Calamari Officer and Tusken Raider (Desert Sniper), among other older ones.

Looks like I managed to find one of each this time.

Okay, I just got back from K-mart Papatoetoe. I don't know if I should tell you guys this, but they had 20% of all their toys. The POTJ figs I got were only $16.00. I also got the lego landspeeder with Luke and Ben for $8. Ah bargins . . .

 

I assume the 20% sale is nationwide...

Man... I just got Ketwol two weeks ago at the comic store. Beside, I'm from America, so you're from country and I guess you'll have to wait. I have all Power of the Jedi figures, vechiles, 12" figures. Man, that's rock! But still more to go, I'm on my way to collecting them this week! I've been collecting Star Wars toys for the last 15 years and still going.

 

Yep, it's 20% of all toys nationwide until Tuesday.

I wonder if they give a refund for the ones I got.

Oh well, I'm just happy I managed to get one of each this time. If I'd waited to see if K-Mart was dropping their prices on toys for the weekend I would probably have missed some figures.

Yeah i went to the St lukes store on friday night most had gone by then.
My brother picked me up some on Thrusday from papatoetoe and he went back on Friday to get him a duro and most of their stock was gone too.

Will the Warehouse even get them?
Is there any commitment from K mart that they will stock future lines?
Is Hasbro NZ only selling to one retailer in NZ?

 

I hope the warehouse gets more for two reasons.

1. Invercargill aint got no k-mart.
2. I can put them on layby and get a whole lot instead of only 3 which is all i can afford a week.

And invercargill had a new Farmers open up no SW stuff wat so eva not even lego this is slack.
