Kevin Smith reviews Episode III

This article has spoilers and I don't feel like getting reamed for posting it, so if you want to read it, PM me for the link or do a search for it. It's very spoilerific and I stopped after reading the first couple paragraphs b/c of this. But I know some people would love to read it.

The gist of it all though: Kevin Smith says, "Revenge of the Sith" is, quite simply, ****ing awesome. This is the "Star Wars" prequel the haters have been *****ing for since "Menace" came out, and if they don't cop to that when they finally see it, they're lying. As dark as "Empire" was, this movie goes a thousand times darker

 

Why don't you just point a gun at me and shoot?!

It's bad enough the novelization is sitting in my living room taunting me at every moment, now you go and shove this under my nose.

I liked the review. Wow, not I'm really looking forward to this. I can only imagine what the excitement level is like over there. Here, they just think I'm a geek for getting excited about the movie. Oh, wait --I AM a geek and I AM excited about the movie.

 

That review didn't give too much away in my opinion. If you're a HS member then you knew most of that anyway. There are a few things in there, especially about the end of the Ani/Obi duel that I wouldn't want to know if I hadn't already known them.

 

there was a lot in there I didn't really know about...i mean, it's not stuff that's hard to figure out on your own, but stuff I didn't want to visualize until I saw the movie...I have a HS account, but I never go on there...*shrug*

 

Well, since Kevin Smith's opinion is as close to God's as anyone elses imo...I'll go with it. I am so excited about this movie. I think it will shatter my expectations, and those puppies are pretty high.
