ki adi mundi two blade colars

as watching aotc at the arena battle when the clones and yoda come to save the jedi ki adi has a blue blade color. Then in a different shot he has a green one. Then when he is getting on the clon trasport plane he has a blue one
this is a mistake made in the digital work or he picked up a green light saber then used his blue one again

 

I have never noticed this before. I will have to go watch this scene to make an informed comment. But I would say if the saber does actually change colors and change back, it was probably a digital editing mistake... either that or your color is going bad on your TV.

 

They now claim that he "picked up a green light saber then used his blue one again," but I am pretty sure they only came up with this explaination after the fact.

They goofed.

 

I remember seeing that the 1st time I saw the movie and I though he was using 2.

 

Actually it was just an editing mistake, but Mace Windy is correct. They explained it by saying he picked up another lightsaber and then went back to another blue one.

 

It was obviously an editing error, he doesn't carry 2 lightsabers on his belt and the way he fought against general grievous on the clone wars cartoons it is highly doubtful he dropped 2 lightsabers during the battle at geonosis.

Yeah. That's my conclusion as well.

 

Back during the Phantom Menace era, he in fact had a purple lightsaber crystal installed, as we saw in SW: Republic #1-12 ("Prelude to Rebellion" and "Outlander").

At some later point, he transitioned over to the blue crystal.

 

Bad editing that was it any thing else that is said is a lie

 

He didnt have his blade when he was put back in the circle during the pause so he must have picked up one. then maybe he found his again

 

You're all wrong. Ki has a Super Special Party Saber with changeable colors. Fits every occasion!

It's a weak cover. Was there even enough time for him to drop one saber at this feet, pick up a different one, drop that too, and pick up another one again? If he dropped a saber, why not pick that same one back up?

They should have just copped to the mistake and fixed it on the DVD.

 

I wonder what we'll see in Episode III.

 

I think he has a blue one on the full length trailer.

On the episode 1 figure he has a purple lightsabre. Whats with that? I think the blue/green/blue thing was just a mistake, because the reason they give is really weak.
