King Richard's Faire Next week for those who didn't make it?

Hello everyone,

I've only been to one meeting of Fanforce, but at least I'm being honest and up front about it. I'd be interested in attending King Richard's Faire next Saturday or Sunday, weather permitting. So, if those people who were held back by the rain want another shot, I'm up for it. Or, if people want to go again, that's fine too.

I live in Chestnut Hill, and would pick up nearby people.

I'm trying to persuade an attractive girl (taken, but who doesn't mind having guy friends) to go on Sunday, knowing she can't make it Saturday, but all this is undetermined.

 

I'm already gonna be there on Saturday with a group of my friends, largely due to the fact that it was the original date at some point.

 

actually,we changed the date right as we were planning the Meet.You had plenty of time to make it the day of the meet.Should learn to read the entire thread.

 

Still can't make it this week: lack of money.

Plus next Sat. is Fisher College's 2nd Annual Wacky Olympics!

 

anybody want a discount ticket? i bought one in advance for satruday but i forgot it and only remembered i forgot it when i was 3/4 there. PM me if you want, i dont want to cause trouble or do illegal things on the boards here..

 

TK7771, I guess you're not a believer in big tents? You have little patience for those who don't check the bulletins as thoroughly as they might. Personally, I read the bulletin once or twice a month, not because I don't want to read more often, but because I'm swamped with work, which I made a conscious decision to prioritize.

From my reading of the previous post by Crix, I didn't detect any sarcasm or frustration about changing the date. He was just saying he made a mistake, and will be showing up next week.

Crix - is your group open to fanforce members or is it more your personal group of friends?

No! I have patience for legitimate questions and concerns on meet info,but I dont have patience for those who skip a page or 2 on info and then turn it around that they didnt know about changes.Thats what these forums are for!!It was also posted on the FanForce main page so there really is no excuse for not knowing.

Darth, it's mostly my personal group of friends, but it'd be cool to meet up with you there and maybe have a cold one or something. I'll be traveling around with a loud group of adventurers containing a number or warriors, a wizard, friar, and a few others.
