You said it! I drench cloves in olive oil and roast them and it's awesome on saltines. People leave me alone for about three days after mass consumption too.

 

Might be good, you'll keep vampires away as well.

 

Meh. I'm scarier than any vampire anyway. Although, if garlic will keep sparkling ones away, all the better.

It's very good. Especially if you roast the garlic in olive oil. After you roast them, husk the cloves and smush them with a fork in a bowl, butter a saltine and slap as much (or as little) garlic on there as you want. It's goooooooood. Learned of this little appetizer when I lived in Louisiana and was invited to a neighborhood crawfish boil. It was pretty much the only thing I could eat since shellfish is lethal to me.

Seriously, The roasting makes the garlic less sharp. Very tasty. Lop the point off a full foot of garlic, slather it in olive oil, wrap it in foil and bake that in the oven. When it's done, take each toe and squeeze it out onto a cracker. No other stuff need be added. It's so good.

Also, garlic keeps away mosquitos. Sometimes we spray our lawn with garlic concentrate. Keeps the blood-suckers away for a month!

Easy My Lord. It has to be the Empire Strikes Back. It's a faster paced film than the others with a lot of story tying together in the film!
