Lack of taste? He has plenty of taste, and he wasn't exactly dissing Asimov, he was just saying that he had more of a quantity than quality.

 

What you can't have quality and quanity together. I think you can.

 

Everyone's intitled to their own opinion. I can't fathom why some people would dislike some of my music, but hey, it's up to them. We're all molded differently, and certain things connect with us better than they do with others.

 

Oh, it can be accomplished, it just wasn't by Asimov. He had some good idea's, sure, but always inbetween a thousand other uselessly discriptive words.

 

Asimov was never a descriptive writer, he was more concept/idea oriented.

Nope. When refering to chances of something happening, "fat" is an appropriate adjective to use.

It is important to not that I was not calling Jim fat, only his chances.
