KOTOR 2 HELP NEEDED!

My problem: I have just destroyed Gotto's yacht and that droid of his joined my party. After leaving Gotto's yacht to Ebon Hawk, Hanharr (wookie) starts to talk to me. Only option to choose is to go to face some jedi. All ok until this but I meet the jedi in some room, which is locked so I can't get out and continue my game. I've tried to kill the jedi and leave him alive but always I stay in that room.
